Introducing the In© World Clock
The current build of In© now features a fully customizable and shareable World Clock, accessible from the Tools menu for all publishers with an active subscription to our services.
Easy Customization
- Quickly build a customized list of regions you regularly communicate with by clicking any existing time or using the ADD/CLEAR buttons. (Remember to hit SAVE to ensure the system uses your modifications every time.)
- The system uses the industry-standard TZ database of time zones, with more details available here.
- There is also a special time zone option called local that uses your IP address to display your linked time zone wherever you may be.
Find the Perfect Meeting Time – Instantly
Use the SHARE button to generate a URL of your clock configuration that can be accessed by anyone, which is a great way to find mutually agreeable times for a meeting.
The In© World Clock uses color coding to help you quickly identify the best time slots:
- GREEN: Any time between 9am-5pm
- BLUE: After 6am and before 10pm
- RED: All other times
For teams with participants in various locations (like our own), using the time table and color coding makes the selection process easier.
For example, were we to have a meeting with someone based in New York, we could create a clock like this to share with all participants:
