We are thrilled to announce the official release of Repertoire Lists for our InCopyright publishers! This feature has been on our wish-list for a long time, and we are excited to make it generally available today.

A Repertoire List allows you to curate a collection of Zinfonia titles of any size and share it with your customers using a single, simple link. What makes these lists truly special is that you can include ANY title from any publisher in Zinfonia—when customers click the link, they will automatically see only the titles available within their respective territory.
Here is an example of what a shareable Repertoire List looks like:

While the original curated list contained 121 titles, territory permissions mean that the number of visible works dynamically adapts depending on the user’s country.
Creating Your Own Repertoire Lists
To get started, navigate to the new Repertoire Lists option under the Zinfonia Catalogue menu. Here, you can view, create, edit, and delete all of your lists.

To build a new list, click the Add Repertoire List button to open the setup dialog box:

The Name and Description fields are strictly for your internal use to help you organize and locate your lists (they will not be shown to recipients).
Enable the Hidden toggle if you want to prevent a list from appearing in standard dropdowns or the main overview screen (unless “Show Hidden” is selected). This is ideal for tailored, single-use lists.
The optional Expire date field lets you set an automatic deletion time (at 12:00 AM GMT on the selected date). Please note that once a list is deleted, it cannot be recovered.
In the Add Work IDs field, you can paste a list of Zinfonia work IDs you wish to add. If you don’t have these IDs handy, don’t worry! You can easily add works later using other tools detailed below, or contact us to receive a file containing all your Zinfonia IDs.
Once your Repertoire List is saved, you can manage it using the toolbar actions:

View the Repertoire List directly in InCopyright

Create a shareable link pointing to the list in Zinfonia

Edit the repertoire list properties or content

Delete the repertoire list. Note: Once deleted, repertoire lists cannot be recovered
Other Ways to Add Content to Your Repertoire Lists
From the Work Action Dialog

From the Work Edit Screen

Alternatively, you can use the Bulk File Importer to upload multiple items at once using a tab-delimited file (feel free to contact us for specific formatting details).

Sharing QR Codes
Don’t forget you can use the InCopyright Music QR system to create a QR code to share with your users (and track the clicks) if that is easier for you!
