Managing Zinfonia Communications

HLMSW Version 7.3.0.22 introduces a new feature to provide larger organisations with a better way to manage their Zinfonia communications.

Currently when an order is placed through Zinfonia ALL users (with Zinfonia access credentials) can see see the orders placed as they are received by the system.   This is fine for a small number of orders or for smaller organisations, but as the number of orders placed through Zinfonia steadily increases we have provided a new console to allow System Administrators to vet incoming orders and assign them directly to specific personnel or groups of people for processing.  Only then are the orders visible to the users.  The Administrator can also use the service to send group responses to incoming requests.
