Zinfonia recently made it easier for librarians that need to order materials for different organisations and performers by keeping all of their preferences together on a performer by performer basis.
Now it is HLMSW’s turn to handle this scenario better. In the current release (HLMSW Build 7.4.0.18) any order from Zinfonia that can be matched to multiple HLMSW accounts (either by the previous order history, or by the email address for new accounts) will display a new button which will allow you to quickly view move between accounts.
So in HLMSW, what happens is this…
When an order comes in, the Zinfonia account is checked in HLMSW.
- If the order has previously been assigned to an account, then this account is automatically displayed AND locked
- If this is an order by a NEW customer, then any HLMSW account which has the same email address will be displayed. If more than 1 matching account is found, so is this new button. Note: in multi-company environments, only the the accounts of the current company are checked.
- If the customer has ordered from you before then the last account used is automatically displayed. You can always select another customer account, and when you do from that point on you can select the account using the new multi-account button.
