Is your HLMSW up to date?

The current version of HLMSW is 7.40 (Build 1.37) and we recommend that ALL HLMSW clients use this version. The HLMSW version you are running is displayed in the Application Logo screen when you start HLMSW or from the Help/About… menu option in HLMSW HLMSWAbout   If you are using an earlier version of HLMSW, contact BTMI to organise an update schedule.
