Help is on the Way

BTM recently upgraded their help systems to improve client services, especially with the plans for expansion in the coming months.

To make this work, we would ask all clients to use the following email addresses for any assistance for any of our platforms: for general enquiries or for the UIC for any HLMSW-based request for any Zinfonia-based requests (this is also the address you can share with your clients if they have any Zinfonia-related enquiries) for the new In© platform that will be launched later this year

You can of course continue to contact us directly, but if the request is of a technical nature, we may forward it on to our help system to make sure that the requests are answered in a timely manner.
