To mark the start of a new year, I am proud to announce the release of a new version of HLMSW.
Version 7.2 has a number of major structural changes with the inclusion of a new Licensing module, a complete revision of the HLMSW addressing scheme and the ability to send orders direct from one HLMSW system to another using Zinfonia.
The licensing module provides you with quick and easy ways to use HLMSW to manage your contracts and licensing with dedicated fields, permissions and transaction types.
The new address features allow you to have UNLIMITED dispatch addresses for any account along with a more rigorous procedure to ensure addresses are added correctly and printed in the correct format for your customer.
For HLMSW users that are part of Zinfonia, this new version also provides you with the same convenience and speed of processing that is achieved with Zinfonia requests to your B2B requests as well.
There are many other changes and improvements with this version and this is a recommended update for ALL HLMSW users.
It is recommended that you do NOT install this update yourself but discuss with BTMI a suitable time to perform the upgrade. As this update will require you to make some changes to your existing data, it is recommended that you select a period that is not your busiest.
