There has been quite a bit of effort recently to improve the way emails are handled now that most accounts have multiple email addresses. The goal has been for HLMSW to know what is the correct email to use in any situation automatically
The changes previously announced have been further refined in HLMSW Build 7.2.1.25 which is being rolled out now. In particular, the way the emails selection are prioritised is based around the Email To selection. Any selection you make will be used FIRST and all other options will only be used if there is no email address in the slot provided. So for example, if you select the Dispatch Address, then this address will always be used, and if one does not exist, then HLMSW will look for all other emails that are associated with this account and prompt you to select (unless there is only one).
