Over the last few months we have been testing a new way of entering orders into Zinfonia.
Ordering any hire/rental material is a complicated process because every publisher requires quite a lot of information to be able to provide a quote. It is also quite difficult for anyone new to the process to know how to even answer some of the questions.
Through a special question – answer approach, Zinfonia now only seeks the information required by the publisher and provides detailed information on every step in a process that we believe is simple and easy to understand. The new Zinfonia order system also makes it easier for customers that oversee different organisations to save their preferences for each performer using the same account. Also if you get interrupted at any stage of the order process, you can resume the process without having to start over.
