We have recently rolled out some improvements to the Zinfonia interface to make it easier to use.
Now that users have more and more publisher orders which are managed by Zinfonia we have made new messages in the My Orders section much easier to see…
and moved the Ask a Question button so that it is next to the messages (at the top of the order) and also at the bottom.
Note: if your Zinfonia does not look like this, then refresh the Zinfonia page to update the cached information (F5 on most browsers).
The changes were based on user-feedback, and so do encourage you to pass on any comments by your customer (positive or negative) because we read all of these messages to make the service better for everyone.
