Lies, damned lies, and statistics

Now that hundreds of orders are passing through Zinfonia every week, we have added a new report to provide managers with simple metrics to help them manage their Zinfonia presence.

The statistics page is available in the Reports section of the Publish administration area https://www.zinfonia.com/zPubReports.aspx and the new option is called Transaction Statistics

Publisher Reports

When selected you can quickly and easily see a snapshot of your usage (with a direct comparison to the previous year).  The snapshot can be customised to display the details of the current or previous day/week/month/quarter/half year or year.

ZinfoniaStats

While much of this information is already available in report form, there is some new data in the section named Customer Response Metrics.

Average Response Times in Period  (available only for HLMSW users) display the average time from the customer submitting an order to the FIRST response by the publisher.  This will be in RED if the value exceeds 72 hours.

Transactions with no Publisher reply in 2015  displays the number of transactions that have not received any response or action through Zinfonia.   While every Zinfonia transaction should be responded to, requests that are answered outside of HLMSW should be Archived using this iconArchive via the Orders In section https://www.zinfonia.com/zPubOrders.aspx to keep them out of this count.  On the same page, you can use the Status drop-down Awaiting Reply to view all orders awaiting a response.
