For Manual Zinfonia Connect publishers that use Zinfonia services to manage their orders, we have recently added some new features to make this process a lot easier (especially if you have a team).
Firstly we have made it possible for all of your users to access the Zinfonia publisher section using their own identity (to help personalise communications with your clients). You do not even have to share the Publisher Access Code if you do not want to.
Secondly, we have added an internal messaging facility that you can use to make notes about incoming orders. These notes can also be color-coded by user so that you can see who, at a glance, is working on what order.
